When you submit a demo class booking, we collect your name and phone number. We also use a privacy-friendly visitor counter to understand how many people visit the site — no personal information is stored in this process.
Your name and phone number are used solely to contact you about your demo class booking. We do not use your details for marketing, and we do not share them with third parties.
To differentiate new visitors from returning ones, our analytics system stores a randomly generated identifier in your browser's local storage. This identifier is anonymous — it cannot be used to identify you personally.
We use a single HttpOnly session cookie solely for the admin panel (not visible to regular visitors). We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies.
Booking information is stored securely in our database (MongoDB Atlas, hosted on AWS). Notes and files are stored on Cloudinary. We take reasonable precautions to protect your data.
Booking records are kept for as long as they are needed for class scheduling and follow-up. You may request deletion of your booking record by contacting us directly.
This site uses Cloudinary for file hosting. Their privacy policy governs how files stored on their platform are handled. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other advertising platforms.
Our services are intended for students of Class 9–12 with parental knowledge. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent.
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. Contact us at +91 98680 17448 with any such requests and we will respond promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
